How to place your order and receive your purchased items:
Step 1:
Select your favour products from this website and place your order by email to us with the information as below:

- Total Price:
- Remarks (If any):
Once we have received your placement order, we will send you a notification via email together with the bank account information. Hence, kindly provide us the valid email address. If you did not receive our email in 24 hours, kindly resend the email to us.
Kind Reminder: Double check on your order to avoid any unnecessary matters.
Step 2:
To confirm your order, you may transfer the amount to us by Online Banking or ATM banking within 3 working days. Otherwise, your order will be canceled automatically. Kindly bank in the exact amount to us.
Step 3:
After payment, you may inform us via email by addressing your bank account name and number, payment time and total amount. We will send you a payment notification via email once the payment is confirmed.
Upon your confirmation of payment made, we will deliver the goods to you within 3 to 5 working days. We will inform you the tracking number of your parcel. If you do not receive your tracking number after 24 hours of your payment, please contact us.
